The Rotary Club of Gladstone has the right to evict anyone for any reason.

 

GENERAL:
·         Gates will be open from 3pm Saturday 13 August 2011 for Stall Holders to set up and 
        Overnight Campers (earlier with prior arrangement).
·         Public will be admitted to the event from 7am Sunday 14 August 2011.
·         Payment for sites must be received prior to the event.
·         Site fee permits 1 driver entry.
·         All stall holders must follow the direction of the organizers or their representatives.
·         All vehicles to be escorted to their designated site.
·         All vehicles must be parked within the boundaries of your individual site.
·         Parked vehicles to have hand brake applied, be in gear and keys to be removed.
·         Vehicles are not to be ridden or driven around the grounds except when entering and exiting.
·         Test-driving of any vehicle on the grounds is forbidden.
·         No vehicles to exit from the event prior to 3pm Sunday 14 August.
·         No vehicle movements will be allowed between 7am and 3pm (unless an emergency or authorised
        Rotary appointed escort / quad escort).  Vehicle speed 5kph or walking pace.
·         Swapper heavy items to be transported by Quad/Trailer only by Rotary personnel and picked up
        from designated area.
·         Stall Holders must carry appropriate licences and permits relevant to their individual stall.
·         The Rotary Club of Gladstone takes no responsibility for stall holders not having appropriate
        licences or permits.
·         The Rotary Club of Gladstone reserves all rights to operating food and drinks stalls.
·         There are sites with power for those who book and pay early.
·         All electrical equipment and electrical leads are to have current testing and tagging.
·         Leads to be kept off the ground where possible, kept out of walkways and protected.
·         Generators must be 2KVA or smaller and fitted with an adequate silencer.
·         When leaving venue, sites must be left in a clean and tidy condition or a further booking may
        not be considered.
·         No fires are to be lit on the show ground complex.
·         No weapons or fire-arms to be sold or displayed.
·         Dogs are not allowed inside the show grounds complex.
·         The event is Alcohol FREE.  No Alcohol is to be brought into the show grounds. 
·         Please remember to bring Hats and Sunscreen.

LIABILITY:
·         All goods sold without risk or responsibility of Rotary or Members.
·         The participant must take all care and effort in ensuring a safe presentation and associated site area.
·        
The Participant understands that they will be a respondent in the event of a claim.
